The International Nurse Development scholarship program supplies universities with cohorts of highly motivated and experienced international graduate student nurses.

GSA provides the nurses with full nursing scholarships (most commonly MSN scholarships) including books, fees and tuition.

The program lasts three years, with the nurses participating in practical work experience at a university-affiliated partner hospital throughout the course of the program consistent with applicable visa regulations.

To date more than 140 nurse have entered the program and a 93 percent have rmained in the program until completion.

The International Nurse Development scholarship program combines a Masters or Bachelors of Science in Nursing (MSN or BSN completion) scholarship at an accredited American university with applied practical experience at a university-affiliated US hospital.

GSA identifies nurse-scholar candidates that:

• Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal English communications
  
  
• Meet educational program prerequisites including prior education, GPA, etc.
  
  
• Meet the standards of our university and hospital partners
  

GSA assists the university by recruiting and screening prospective students, assists with transcript reviews, verification of credentials, arranging entrance exams, and provides the university with a reliable funding source for the student tuition.
