Scholarship Administration

The GSA Scholarships cover the actual cost of tuition, books, and fees to the partner university. Payments are generally made directly to schools on behalf of students upon certification of their eligibility by their colleges or universities.

To ensure continued payment recipients must:
  • Maintain good academic standing. GSA Scholarship Recipients must continue to pursue their program of study and maintain satisfactory academic progress.
  • Respond to GSA's annual status reports requests. Recipients should contact GSA if they do not receive a status report request each year.
  • Stay in touch - inform GSA if any contact information changes.

Education is a companion which no misfortune can depress, no crime can destroy, no enemy can alienate,no despotism can enslave. At home, a friend, abroad, an introduction, in solitude a solace and in society an ornament. It chastens vice, it guides virtue, it gives at once grace and government to genius. Without it, what is man? A splendid slave, a reasoning savage.

Joseph Addison
